Ferrets are domesticated animals They are very playful and funny to watch. These furry little bundles of joy can live to be about 6 to 8 years old. Some even live to 10 or 11 years. They can't see very good, but their goos hearing and smell make up for it. They sleep about 18 hours a day! They will adjust to your schedule, though they are naturally active at dawn and dusk. Ferrets have a rep. for being smelly. The stinch comes from their skin. No matter if you get them descented or not the scent will be there. Bathing occasionally is recommended, but if you bathe them to much the odor will only get worst..! Though they have flaws You should Def. try them out! *BEWARE* They are a lot to handle :))
