SO THAT LOOKS LIKE ME JUST A FEW MINUTES AGO.. O__o

- Pressure to do good in school
- pressure to wear certain types of clothing or hairstyles
- pressure to try drugs, alcohol or sex
- pressure to fit in
- family and peer conflicts
- taking on too many activities at one time
- weight
Now here are a couple of ways to ease the stress. They may seem like they aren't going to work, but you may be surprised.
- Taking deep breaths and encouraging yourself < I do this often
- Breaking large goals, down into smaller goals
- Exercising and eating regularly
- Focusing on things you can control and letting go of things you cannot control
- Rehearsing and practicing feared situations like speaking in public
- Talking about problems with others
- Lowering unrealistic goals
- Taking breaks and doing enjoyable activities, like music, art, sports, socializing
- Accepting yourself as you are, realizing no one is perfect!
Sounds kinda cheesy, but it def. doesn't hurt to try! :)
